UPS Shipping

UPS Ground Service Most orders are shipped via the standard method of shipping service for Free. Orders regardless of size are given a tracking number for easy online tracking. Typically orders are delivered in 1-5 business days once they leave the warehouse.

UPS 3 Day Select Service Typically orders are delivered in 1-3 business days once they leave the warehouse.

UPS 2nd Day Air Service Typically orders are delivered in 1-2 business days once they leave the warehouse.

UPS Next Day Air Saver Service Typically orders are delivered in 1-2 business days once they leave the warehouse.

Delivery Confirmation All orders are given delivery confirmation regardless of size.

Signature Confirmation Orders above $750+ do require a signature on delivery.

Insurance? YES, all orders are fully insured while in transit to your location. Once an order is delivered to a location and confirmed by UPS security the order is considered delivered. If the order arrives and you cannot locate the package or are having issues with the order, please give us a call to go over the account and delivery.

UPS Stores Can my order be held at a UPS store?
NO – Orders cannot be redirected to UPS Store locations.

UPS Customer Service Centers? Can my order be held at a UPS Customer Service Center?
Yes – Orders can be held for UPS Pickup only at secure UPS Customer Service Centers.

Can my order be redirected to another Address? NO, We will never allow packages to be rediected to another address. Orders will only be shipped to the address on the sales order.

USPS Shipping

Can my order be shipped to a PO BOX ADDRESS? NO, currently we do not allow Post Office or PO BOX Addresses for delivery options.

Can my order be shipped through USPS? NO, because of the security and value items are no longer available to be shipped through the USPS through our DBS Store.

FEDEX Shipping

Do we offer FEDEX Shipping Yes, some of orders we ship out do go through FEDEX as the carrier.

What FEDEX Service do we use?
FEDEX 2nd Day Saver (Typically orders are delivered in 2-3 business days once they leave the warehouse.)
&
FEDEX Ground Service (Typically orders are delivered in 3-5 business days once they leave the warehouse.)

Which states do we Ship to
Currently we ship to all the Lower 48 States. We can no longer service Alaska and Hawaii

How Quickly do orders Ship?
Orders usually ship in 1-4 business days after cleared payments. Since most orders are paid via bank wire, they will go out in 2 – 4 business days.

How do I know if my order has shipped? 
Once your order is shipped, we will email over the tracking information along with putting the information in your notes section of your “My Account – Order detail page.”

International Shipping 
NO – Currently we do not offer any Shipping Outside the USA.
