How to Sell

Call us Monday through Friday between 6am and 5 pm PST and over the weekend from 10:30 am to 1 pm PST to discuss your selling options.

The Selling Process

Customers will contact our sales staff and let us what type of products they are looking to sell. DBS is one of the few companies that will buy back any precious metal bullion or coins purchased directly from us or from another precious metal dealer.

Is there any specific quantity required to sell back? No – We will offer to buy any quantity you are looking to sell.

Is there any Reporting? Yes – Certain bullion products require reporting. Click to see a list of of items that are require reporting when you sell them back to our company or any bullion company or metal dealer.

What price will I get for my Metals? We offer some of the most competitive buy back prices in the market place. All of the buy back prices can be found on our individual product pages as well as on the phone with our sales staff.

How do I get paid? Once the items have been shipped back to our warehouse we will process your payment and mail out your “Check” or “Bank Wire”.

Can I turn in or sell products back for other type of metals? (Sell gold for Silver, Sell Silver for Gold)? Yes – We will buy back all type of products and lock in a dollar value for the metal sold. Once the value is locked in we can then apply that amount towards a credit for the new metal or coins you are looking to purchase. It’s a way of Store credit on your account.

Each customer has the option to select his or her own shipping carrier and insurance of the product. We do have shipping options for customers and also recommendations about shipping methods of precious metals.
